These videos are made to enable MYFAROG players to more easily understand the system, and also to let those interested find out what this game is all about. I will make several more, and then, when I am done, I will go back to making other types of videos. If you have anything you wish clarified in MYFAROG, just let me know, and perhaps I will make, or already have made, a video explaining this for you.

Combat is not always determined by the skill of the fighter. It can also be determined by his ability to stay on his feet. So therefore there's an optional rule in mythic fantasy role-playing game called "stay on your feet" which takes this into account. It makes the game more complicated, of course you don't have to use it, but when you feel comfortable with all rules and you start to include this it will enable you to create new and interesting situations where for example the characters who put on too much armor will all of a sudden understand that that it's perhaps not that good an idea. Because it will make them more vulnerable to falling and also it will make fights, for example on a ledge or balancing on a wooden board or something like that, will be very difficult of course. And what happens if you fail to keep your balance; if it's a normal failure you are unable to attack that round and if it's a critical failure you fall and in some situations falling can be very dramatic like if you're fighting on a ledge high above ground.
