For three thousand years, their ancestors stoned to death all blasphemers, that is, those who insulted their lord. To not participate in the stoning was seen as blasphemy, and therefore all those who did not want to, or who could not stomach, such an execution were themselves stoned to death, thus they removed all goodness in their ranks, systematically. In order to become a member, you had to commit a terrible crime, normally sacrifice an innocent to their idol. They demanded this so that there would be no return for the members. This ensured absolute loyalty. This also ensured that no moral, good, kind or caring individuals ever joined their cult. Before the collapse of civilization, they dominated in occupations where they could exercise their thirst for blood and cruelty, or where their greed and complete lack of goodness gave them an advantage. They were often doctors, mainly sergers, and dentists, but also bankers, diamond traders, rulers, journalists, politicians, lawyers, and stockbrokers. Newborns in the cult were mutilated shortly after birth, to ensure that they became aggressive and violent when they grew up. They wanted no weakness, or of any sort in their ranks, only pure malice. With time they had created a race of men thoroughly malicious and cruel, dishonest and dishonourable, rotten to the core. And they through this were able to dominate others. They infiltrated all organizations of power, and through deceit, bribes, threats, murder, lies and any other means they deemed necessary, they gained almost complete control. Their goal is world supremacy. They have over time acquired certain physical characteristics that make them recognisable by trained eyes, but to normal people they are just like other people. They are found everywhere in all the organizations of power, where they work as infiltrators and undercover agents. Some think they are the driving force behind all evil in the world, and that they rejoice in the suffering of others. This is from a game book. It is a new faction in the fantasy world of "The Coming", which is a post-apocalyptic setting. And what I just read out loud was the description of the temple of Satan. Other organizations in this game include Piedia, led by the deranged lunatic Barbara Ghost, The Gardeners, a group of European bigots, The Horde, a nickname for a masses of zombies flooding into Europe, The Antediluvians, a group of madmen who believe that Jesus will return. The Watchers, a group of sorcerers who live on a secret base inside the moon of the planet Mars, one of the moons. The UN, you know what that is, the organization Al Qaeda, a group of Muslim terrorists. Iblis, international brotherhood of liberal Islamic states, the European Union, Russia and China. The Hydra, a nickname for the organizations running all these organizations. Different organizations are just different heads of the Hydra. CIA, a terrorist organization, and the USA as well as the World Health Organization. This supplement is for mythic fantasy roleplaying game, so you have to use it in combination with that.
