The Forest
Music is one of the few things we can call real world "magic". Music awakens memories and plays with our emotions. It carves the memories into our minds. Like runes into rock. They remain even after many years of wear and tear from wind and weather. From life. Some times even rather poor music can mean a lot, simply because of the memories they bring back to us. All the music I like remind me of something, that I for some reason deem important in my life. Every time I hear the music I like, all the memories linked to it are "awoken", brought back to life, and I am influenced emotionally. The music brings me back. It moves me. In time and space. And there is nothing like driving and listening to music. If ever caught in a loop, this is probably where I would want to be: In the car, driving and listening to "The Forest" by The Cure.
