VR to a Racist Video on YT

DescriptionA video response to a racist video I saw on the Nerdarchy channel here on YT. I wish to stress that the guys at Nerdarchy normally make very good RPG videos, and that I see this video as an unfortunate mistake by them, in the sense that they allowed Scott to spew out his racist poison like that -- even though they did try to moderate him a little bit. Hopefully my VR will make them understand that they made a mistake.

Sorry about the spelling mistake: "is is" is of course "is it".

This is a video response to a video by Nerdarchy where they discussed minority game designers. If you take what Scott says in that video and replace white male with for example black or Jew,[1] then you will see just how racist his comments are.[2] If the majority of the game designers are white males, that is not a problem. There is no reason to do anything about that. Nobody is preventing others from other genders, from other races to design games. Nothing is in their way. And if it so happens that most of the game designers are white males, then that is okay.[3] It's not a problem.[4][5][6] The diversity in a gaming group is not related to the skin colour of people playing. You have as much diversity in any gaming group made up of only white males as you have in any other group, because human beings are individuals and each and every one of us is special and unique. So when you have a gaming group with many players, you have diversity, no matter their skin colour, no matter their racial origin. What Scott suggests with his statements is that a gaming group made up of only white males isn't good, that white males aren't good enough. And also I wonder if Scott is as worried about the diversity, the racial diversity, of gaming groups in for example Japan or China or Korea.[7] Why is it so important for him to have more "people of colour" into the "white" gaming groups? I'm sorry to say so Scott, but you are a self-hating racist and the video by Nerdarchy is a racist video.[8][9]
  1. Scott was just a guest at Nerdarchy, and from what i could tell, he is not representative for the guys at Nerdarchy.
  2. 0:34 "I have been blessed to meet many RPG creators and unfortunately many of them are white males" (Scott) Replace "white males" with "Jews" and see what happens.
  3. You Scott, on the other hand, are in the way of white male game designers.
  4. 2:53: "When I come across a tabletop RPG that has been created by a minority creator I am far more likely to buy it even if it has bad art on the cover or if I know it's not going to be as good as some of the other games (created). Even if I am not that interested." (Scott)
  5. 3:17: "When I read that book I am doing everything I can to have a good will towards this book and I am going to run this book before any of the other books [ed. written by white males] in my pile, because it came from a minority game designer."
  6. Scott also worries about the 'diversity' in the gaming groups in the USA.
  7. Why is he ONLY worried about the (racial) diversity of WHITE (male) gaming groups?
  8. Feel free to watch their video (see links in the video description below), and like or dislike it, and tell them what you think about them letting racists like Scott spread his anti-White racism on YouTube.
  9. If you are not like Scott, you might be interested in MYFAROG (Mythic Fantasy Role-playing Game), made by a white, blue-eyed, blond and even heterosexual male, with only Scandinavian ancestors as far back in time as the records go....
