Arrested for Terrorism

Some years ago my wife and I were arrested for terrorism here in France. What happened? Let's find out. It was six o'clock in the morning, and I heard a loud bang. I jumped up from the bed. I first thought that somebody had thrown like a flashbang or something into our house but it turned out the police were shooting at our door. I jumped up, and I saw that it was a uniformed policeman. They had a big bulletproof shield with "POLICE" on and they were shooting at our door. But the door didn't open so they changed tactics and they tried to smash the door with... what's it called in English... "rambukk" in Norwegian, the one of these things that you used to open doors, and they still didn't manage so they just[1] smashed the entire window and went in through the window. The first guy who came in had a G36 assault rifle[2] and he was screaming "get down" to me. And I wish to make a point of the fact that they did not identify as policeman. They started shooting and smashing our door and then when they came they just asked me to to get down.[3] I was arrested, that would be I was handcuffed, and taken downstairs. I was still in my underwear. And we had a visit from my mother-in-law so my at the time youngest son was sleeping in our bed and he was also held at gunpoint for some time. They took my wife into another room, and I was taken downstairs, and then there was a Danish translator who told me that we were arrested on a suspect of planning terrorism. They then gave me some clothes and they started to go through our stuff. My wife was held in our children's bedroom, and I was taken to our office and they started to collect things that they would bring to the police station. My wife had started [membership] in a rifle club some months earlier and she had purchased in the course of several months four different firearms. One .22 bolt-action rifle.[4] One lever-action Browning 22 long rifle. One .222 Remington bolt-action rifle and one side-by-side 12 gauge shotgun. And they went through, they took all these thing, they confiscated a lot of things in our office. They took about half an hour. After that they put a hood on my head and took me out to a police car. And I saw also before that that they did the same to my wife. I can add in relation to the things they confiscated that they also confiscated things from rooms that we were not present in when they confiscated them. Which is according to French law not legal. Then we were driven to Brive there were three policemen in the car all with ski masks on. They were driving real fast and one of the the policemen were in charge of checking out if it was clear on each side and the the policeman was driving was just looking straight forward and then the guy in the passenger seat would say like "right clear" or "left clear" and then we just drive on. And they drove really really fast. They drove in 170 kilometers per hour.[5] All All the way to Brive. Didn't take a lot of time to get there. Then we were taken to the central police station in Brive. I can also add that the the police in the village or a town we were living in were not informed about the operation so they did not know that these policemen were coming.[6] In Brive we were taken to holding cells and then after some time I was allowed to talk to my lawyer that the French authorities had given me. He told me that we were being arrested and that there was no evidence against us and that we should be released after some time because there was no evidence against us. We were then interviewed by the French secret police or the DGSI. I don't know what to call it other than secret police. They had taken over and one of the stories in the Brive police station.[7] We were interviewed and it turned out that they had absolutely nothing on us. There was no reason to arrest us and the thing they had used as an excuse was that they claimed that an email address belonged to me. I think it was called wolfschantze. They asked me "is this your email address?" and I said "nope". And of course, they could have known this from before by the IP and so forth. So they knew from already that this wasn't my email address, but they used this as an excuse. So the whole interview around that revolved like this. "Is this your email address?" And I said "nope". "Okay". Mmm, they accepted that as the truth because they already knew it was wasn't mine. So[8] And then they started questioning me about my my blog. Because they didn't have any evidence against me in relation to terrorism, but they started to try to get something else on me and then now they were trying to get me busted for racism. Which probably was the reason why they arrested me to begin with. But of course they had they used the evidence that they had, I mean the real evidence, then they would not have been allowed to do it like that. My wife was also interview. They had really nothing to ask her about because she hadn't done anything, I hadn't done anything,[9] there was no evidence against us in any context.[10] So they just asked her about things that were completely irrelevant. Like "why do you have these rifles" and she said "I'm a member of a rifle club, I want to start hunting".[11] Obvious things. You shouldn't need to arrest anybody to ask those questions. After a few days... I think my wife was arrested after one or two days. I don't remember. And I was released the day after her.[12] And again I was taken by the guys with ski mask and driven back home. Same speed same procedure "right clear", "left clear", etc. And I asked him to drop me off behind our house because our house was besieged by journalists.[13] And they did, so I walked through the garden from behind and went in the front door from behind. I just rounded the corner and it turned out that the house had been unlocked. They had just smashed the window anyway, so I guess looking it wouldn't serve any purpose, but the house was open, the door was open, and it wasn't even, you know, shut, it was unlocked and open. They had placed the car keys on the table right inside,[14] all our doors were open and everybody, anybody, could have just walked into our home and taken anything they wanted. So much for... yeah. Thankfully we lived in Corrèze which is a very poor region in France inhabited by "French" Frenchmen so so there is almost no crime there. So as far as we could tell nothing would was taken by others than the police. The police told us that they had been ordered to arrest us from high high up which at that time meant the minister responsible for this. That would be the Interior Minister. The thing that struck me first was that they did not really Go through our stuff very thoroughly as if they knew already that there was nothing to find. So they just very casually just "okay, we take that, we take that, okay we go". That was it. The the Norwegian police would have liked open every book and going through every single page to see if something would fall out, they would completely dismantle our entire home. But the French police didn't do that they just took a few things that were obvious like the rifles. And then leave. They also made a complete mess in our archives and so forth but other than that they weren't thorough at all. And I would imagine that they were not very thorough because, like I said, they already knew that we have Hadn't done anything illegal that we weren't planning anything so they didn't bother. After our release I have found out that the high high up persons responsible for this first asked another French secret police unit to arrest us. And they refused. They argued that there was no reason to arrest us. They wouldn't do it because it was illegal they had no reason to arrest us whatsoever. And then the people high high up went to the DGSI and for some reason they accepted they said "yes, we will do it". And in order to do it they had to get permission from a judge. So they went to a judge and they did not tell the judge that we had children in our house, they did not tell the judge that my wife was pregnant, and the judge gave them permission To arrest us in the most, what's it called in English... the most gentle way possible. That is what they had permission to do to arrest us in the most gentle way possible. So and the police they just started shooting at our doors immediately. Didn't knock, didn't identify themselves as policemen they just shut our door open and smashed our entire front door and went in and arrested us without even identifying themselves as policemen. Of course, they identify themselves as policemen later on, but that's not how we supposed to do it. And I wish to stress also that my wife has a completely clean record. She has never done anything illegal. She has not even been given a fine for anything. She's a French citizen and they completely violated her rights. Of course, they violated my rights as well but I would say argue that it's even worse in her case because she she's a French citizen, she has a completely clean record, she was pregnant and she's a woman. But people high high up didn't care. The children were taken by the social services, but handed over to my mother-in-law because she was there, by chance. In the aftermath, they have had problems sleeping. They have them been able to sleep without the light on they have been unable to sleep for a long time in the wrong room and so forth. So they were obviously traumatized by this. Apparently people high high up in the French system thought that that's okay. French children? Who gives a rat's ass, fuck them, you know? If we need to harass some people and and we have to step on some children on the way. That's fine, apparently. When I was taken downstairs and my wife was taken inside to the children's room the police came and, still wearing ski masks, they told our children that "we" are the good guys. Your parents are evil terrorists. Personally I think that's kind of not correct. After we had been released PayPal deleted our account and they banned us for good and we were also thrown out from our bank USBC
(?? name of the bank probably, couldn't find anything) For the same reason we were because we had been arrested for terrorism and we were evil anti-semitic people. The media, of course, they like always they were an instrument of the authorities and the authorities were spreading lie propaganda to,[15] what's it called... Sort of like convict us before we had been trialed. Before our case had been trialed. And they also[16] printed Google map images of our village with our house and circled and they printed our address and they did this whilst our house had been left unlocked, the door open by the police. So you could say that it was pretty lucky that somebody didn't just steal everything we had. Including our car keys and cars and everything. The funny thing is that the the result of this was that a lot of Frenchman came to visit us to show support. Complete strangers. They just shut up at our door to show support and to express their contempt for their The French authorities and their way of doing things. So, I guess that didn't have the effect that the authorities and the media wanted. We don't know why they arrested us. All we know is that they had no reason to do so and that they used this connection to Anders Breivik as an excuse to do so. But in reality if let's assume that I had received an email from Anders Breivik. So what? Is that a reason to arrest me for terrorism? Of course not and when the fact is that I didn't receive an email from Breivik, I had have had I've had nothing to do with him whatsoever. Never ever. And they knew that. They knew that I had never had anything to do with them. You could check the IP on an email, you can check everything and it wouldn't match with my IP. It takes like this for them to check that out and find out. And I'm sure they already had done so but they didn't care. They just used it as an excuse. The Norwegian media was all over this case as well and they parroted the accusations from the authorities here in France and like always painted, you know the devil of me. And they also interviewed psychiatrists explaining how what was wrong with me and so forth, which is kind of funny considering this video. In a sense you could say that having the celebrity status that I had was good because it enabled the public to know what was going on and of course people are able to think and they are able to see when things are not correct and[17][18] In this case it was pretty obvious that this was a lot of crap. The only terror in this case was the terror from the authorities against my family. I think it's really really sad that the French police officers let themselves be misused by the authorities this way. The French police officers are of course responsible themselves when they do such things. And i think highly of the police units who refused to arrest us. They all have a backbone they have a sense of honor and I respect that but the others those who run these errands for the authorities they should be ashamed of themselves. This is not why you became policeman. You are there to protect and to serve the French public not to terrorize the French public. And in this case, that's what you did. Policemen not just here in France, but everywhere, or rather everywhere in Europe usually become policeman because they have a sense of justice and because they want to protect and to serve the public. Their own peoples Unfortunately as things have developed in Europe policemen have become an instrument for the authorities used to terrorize the public, used to rob the public and used to ensure that the public does not rise up against the tyrants. And I think that's sad and I also know that a lot of policemen are aware of this and that they dislike what they have become but they are too afraid too coward to stop working for the authorities and they argue that if they stop they will just hire some other guy who is worse than them. And maybe that's correct I don't know. But the fact is that the police is not here to protect us to serve us. They are here to protect our authorities and to serve the authorities. And to protect the authorities from the people because the people is the victim the authorities are misusing their power and as we speak today even genociding their own peoples.[19] Thank you for watching, bye bye.
- French homes are built like fortresses because they still remember the Middle Ages, when bands of 'Saracens' were roaming the countryside, killing, plundering and looting.
- Something like this.
- Did they want me to think it was NOT the police?
- 1) .22 LR CZ bolt-action rifle. 2) .22 LR Browing lever-action rifle 3) .222 Remington CZ bolt-action rifle 4) 12 Gauge side-by-side shotgun
- Actually, he only said "right clear". The guy on the left side in the back seat said "left clear"
- They were not very happy about that.
- The Brive police were not very happy about that.
- This "wolfschantze" guy had received the manuscript from Anders Breivik, they claimed.
- The French Interior minister told the media that we had "planned a massacre", Anders Breivik style.
- Because pregnant mothers and fathers of small children are likely to plan massacres, right?
- ALL the rifles were HUNTING rifles.
- Not ARRESTED. I mean RELEASED. Sorry.
- Mainly Norwegian ones.
- And the keys to our house too, btw.
- E.g. the French Interior minister told the media that we had "planned a massacre", Anders Breivik style.
- Or better: Before anybody could find out that THERE WAS NO CASE.
- On the other hand. They might well have arrested me BECAUSE OF my "celebrity" status.
- I was later on instead convicted for "racism, anti- Semitism and apology of war crimes and crimes against humanity". I was given a 6 month prison term and an 8000 EURO fine for that. Because of things I had written on my blog.
- Genocide via mass immigration, capitalism, socialism, feminism, Christianity etc. etc.
