About Health
A part of being European and traditional is to have a healthy mind, but also a healthy body. And what do I do to achieve that? Let's find out!
Of course you are what you eat, so if you eat healthy you become a little bit more healthy. But in the modern world that's very hard and we don't have enough food production yet to be able to eat as we want. But of course we are getting there with time.
In terms of physical fitness we run every morning[1]and I lift weights or do push-ups or pull-ups and so forth every single day. And we do cold baths or cold showers, normally twice a day, after running and in the afternoon.
I think it is the duty of European men to be fit and able to offer the necessary protection to our women and children.[2]And also of course to actively protect our women and children when they are in distress.
Of course if you are able to find hard physical work that is I think better than lifting weights. But in my case often I don't have enough physical work to do,[3]so I lift weights in addition to working.
Also in relation to body health, as a European man it is important to have a little bit of fat on your body. You don't want to look like an African, because we need fat on our body here in Europe. Africans don't need it in Africa. And I think one of the purposes of fat is to store vitamin D.[4]And therefore having some fat on your body is important.
The European men don't naturally have access to the same amount of food all year round. Normally he would have access to fruits and berries and vegetables and so forth during the summer and spring and autumn. And then during winter he would rely on almost exclusively meat.[5]So I think the most normal diet for the European man is some meat and a lot of vegetables and fruit and berries during summer. And a lot of meat during winter and a little bit of dried fruit and such during the winter.[6]That would be the thing that we have adapted to through the ages. That is what our body is most accustomed to.
And in relation to weight loss and weight gain, I think it is perfectly normal for Europeans to bounce a little bit up and down,[7]because they would do that naturally every year because of the climate here. We don't have as much access to easily available food all year round. So we would try to, just like the bear, try to eat up a little bit of fat on the body that we would lose during winter. And then during summer we would try to gain weight again.[8]So that is natural for us and therefore it is the most healthy for us, I think.
So if you want to be a healthy European, don't worry if you have a little bit of fat on your body. If you are a European and you don't have fat on your body, you should do something about that actually. Thanks for watching. Bye bye.

- Except the baby and the 3-year-old boy. They don't run every morning.
- Train HEMA as much as you can!
- But I more often do push-ups or pull-ups than lift weights.
- Vitamin D is extremely important for all your health functions.
- Meat and nuts and seeds.
- And fish all year around.
- I am not talking huge weight gains and weight losses here, but a little bit up and down.
- Again: I am not talking huge weight gains and weight losses here, but a little bit up and down.
