I made a video yesterday, where I told people not to buy a guitar, but instead save the money to buy a property. And I also said that I didn't do a silly thing like play guitar, but I spent my time doing something more sensible instead.

A Time and Place for Everything.

Now, if I'm a painter and I tell you to paint your house, if you have a wooden house, you should paint it every fourth year, to keep the house in good condition. But then there's an artillery barrage on the way. Somebody is shooting themselves in and you hear a shell hitting right[1] 50 feet away from your home.[2] And then I tell you stop painting the house and go see cover instead. I'm very sorry, but I'm not a hypocrite. Even though I'm a professional painter and I normally tell you to paint your house, I'm not a hypocrite when I, in this situation, tell you to drop the damn paint and go see cover instead.

And that's what I did yesterday with my guitar video. Yes, I'm a professional musician. I'm a guitarist and I tell you to drop the guitar and do something more sensible, because in this situation we are in, playing the guitar is just idiotic. If you want to survive in the future, you have to start to become autonomous today. If you wait, then it's too late. Just like the reason why I am able to become self-sustainable by means of music, is because I was a pioneer. And I did that at a time when it was possible. There are probably millions of metal guitarists already. Even if you don't believe my claim that this society is going down the drain, then you cannot possibly believe that this society has the need for any more guitarists. If you have a society with a hundred people and fifty of them want to become painters, that's not going to work. It's that simple.

Your dreams are not that important. And if you keep following your dreams and only think about yourself and your egotistical dreams, then that is not a good thing for your people. And your people is more important than you. Even though you have been raised with "boomer" values, thinking that the individual is all that matters, and me, me, me, I matter, and what I want is what is important. Well, fuck you. That's just bullshit. You've been fed with a lie, and it's about time you snap out of it. So there is a time and place for everything. And today is the time to become autonomous,[3] become self-reliant. And the way you can do that is to buy a cheap property. And yes, they do exist. If you think that a property is so expensive, then do some damn research, because it's not. And if you think a property is too expensive where you live, then simply move. It's not difficult.

A lot of poor people, or people from developing countries, or poor countries like Brazil, bitch about how we in the industrial world can do anything. They have no opportunities. That's bullshit. You have more opportunity to become self-reliant than we do. You have less regulations, and to buy a property in your homeland is much easier for you than it is to buy a property in our homeland for us. So think ahead. What is the future holding? What will the future bring? Except whining from children.
  1. A spotting round.
  2. 50 feet!? Well, that's rather close.
  3. When I was a kid, I wanted to join "a German elite military unit". To fight, to kill and to die for my people, and to be an example for future generations. But I was born too late for that.
