I don't like the young Varg. I fell into mud, and was soiled. And it took time for me to get out and wash the mud off my skin.
I'm older now and I'm better. Still not perfect. I still don't live up to all my ideals. But I'm getting there. I'm working on it. I'm trying my best. And that is what counts.
If you ever fall into mud, I will understand how hard it is to get out, and I will give you time and perhaps even try to help you out, but I will not understand if you like it there and wish to stay. If the world is full of shit, start cleaning up in your own house first.
