The Winter of Civilization
We have arrived at the winter of civilization, its decline and disintegration.

Most people live in the cities, in noisy, crowded and artificial environments. Far from animals, the forest and not least the stars and from silence. Nihilism has taken over. Morality, virtue and discipline have been replaced by instant gratification, hedonism and decadence. Technology makes us passive and disconnected from nature, that is, from reality. It distorts our attention span, our cognition and emotions. It breaks us. We are trained to become consumers, not creators. And our entire economy is based on access(?), distraction and not least debt. The shameful pursuit of money has replaced the noble pursuit of wisdom and honor. We are encouraged to abandon our roots, heritage and identity in the name of a supposed universalism. Corruption, manipulation and short term thinking dominate politics, education and media. What used to be immoral is now celebrated. What used to be heroic and moral are ridiculed and even condemned. We no longer raise heroes, and if we do, they are mocked, forgotten and replaced by shallow multicultural celebrities. Everything greater than each and every one of us has been replaced by personal comfort and conformity. Nobody cares about ideas anymore.

We have arrived at the winter of civilization, it's decline and disintegration. So what can we do? Be honest when others lie. Be strong when others give in. Be loyal when others drift. Remember what was lost. Return to the mythic mind of our ancestors. Return to our roots, land, Gods and ancestors. Reconquer not just territory, but first of all, your own soul. Teach your children truth, myth and beauty. Shield them from the spiritual poisons. Make them warriors, not weaklings. Give them European names with meaning. Read them the Eddas and the Iliad. Revive the epic, the mythic and the noble. Embrace struggle, cold, hunger, hardship, for they make you real. Do hard things. Suffer with purpose. Reclaim the heroic life. Make your life a poem your ancestors would be proud of. We don't need millions. We need a few good men and women who get it.

When the world is crooked, walk straight and become a path. Even if the world collapses, if you have trained your children, you have survived. Good luck.
