In order to understand yourself, your own origins, your blood, your religion, your spirit, you have to realize that those who created you, those who are your origins, those who made you into what you are, they used a different language and they had a different perspective on things. So when they explained the world as we see it, they used a language that we today would identify as mythology or fairy tales and it made perfect sense to them because they knew what they were talking about, they knew what the symbols meant and so forth. But to us it's a different story. If you take a person who knows nothing about road signs and place him in Paris and he sees all these road signs all around him and they make no sense to him whatsoever. We have arrows and... he would travel through Paris without understanding anything really, where to go or should I stop here, should I continue, I have no idea. It's very similar for modern man when he flows through the mythology of our forebears. There are so many obvious and clear symbols, so much information that we today have no idea how to interpret. We don't know what it means, we don't know what it's supposed to tell us and the problem is that we are not only inferior but we also have this, a different perspective on things. We look at it from one angle and they wrote it looking at it from another and if we don't change our perspective, if we don't change our way of thinking, we're never going to understand this and if we don't understand this, then we are going to dig our own grave. Actually: They wrote nothing. They had an oral culture. Only we are so stupid we need to have it written down. We're going to jump off a cliff and just fall to the ground like a rock.
The Ancient Gauls had no script... Because they were primitive? No. They didn't want one, because - they argued - if they had one their ability to remember would deteriorate. They eventually adopted the Latin alphabet, and has ever since become increasingly stupid and unable to remember even the simplest things. Currently they don't even remember that they were once Gauls. Modern scholars think that having a script is a good thing.
