Different Perspectives
Last week I thought "What a piece of junk, I'm sick and tired of my Niva, I don't even want to sell it I'm so tired of it. Things break down all the time." Then I got some new parts, I replaced them, replaced the exhaust part, some other things. I thought to myself that the problem is not the car. There is only a problem with this car if you are too incompetent to fix it yourself.

So a lot of things can be seen as negative from one perspective, but if you change your perspective it's not negative at all. And now I realize that not only I have a car that I can fix, a car that has cheaper parts, but I have also grown more competent. I have grown as a human being. I'm a better man now. I even have better self-confidence in relation to cars. And I'm back to loving my Niva.

Suzuki Jimny, it's a very good car. It probably will run without you having to change a single part for 5, even 10 years. But it's not as good off-road as this car. And I think this is better looking too. But if you buy a Suzuki Jimny, of course it's more expensive, etc... The main problem is you won't learn anything from driving your car if you have a Suzuki Jimny that doesn't break down. If you buy one of these, you will either have a lot of money to send into the garage, which is embarrassing if you're a man. Men should be able to fix their own cars. If you can't fix your own car, you don't deserve to drive. That's of course just my opinion, but still.

So when shit hits the fan, now this is the part of the wheelchair that I'm going to miss. I'm going to miss it, but c'est la vie. When shit hits the fan, shit hits the fan, and we have to relate to society as it becomes then. Meanwhile, I love my Niva, bye bye.
