I think we agree that this shield will provide you with better protection than this shield. So why on earth would anybody ever pick this shield over this shield? And let's assume that this toy sword is a real sword and that this stick is a sword. As you can see, this one is much longer than this one. It gives you much better reach. It would be much better in combat, wouldn't it? So why would ever anybody pick this over this? Let's find out. Kind of hard to move around in dungeons with this, don't you think? Ah, not too hard with this though, is it? This though is pretty neat in a close confinement. You can use it easily. So if you're fighting in a cramped dungeon, you'd be wise to pick something like this. Because you can manoeuvre around with it. You can more easily use this. And you won't get stuck every time you try to go through a doorway.

As some of you might have understood already, the whole point with this video was just a boast of MYFAROG. Because all these things have been taken into account in the MYFAROG rules. You are better off using small weapons when you are fighting in confined space. And when you're fighting on a battlefield, you are of course better off using large battlefield weapons. Thanks for watching. Bye bye.

+1 Offensive Value (OV) when you use a shield or a second weapon in your off hand). Because it enables you to create and better exploit opportunities to attack. You lose this +1 bonus to OV though, if you use a LARGE, DEEPLY-DISHED or MEDIUM shield in confined space. (You only get it if you use a SMALL or WICKER shield.) Shields and their real properties have been taken seriously in MYFAROG. Every type of shield is better for something, and worse for something. Just like in real life.
