So how come mankind has become so dumb? Let's find out.
Scientists say that human beings became intelligent because we started to eat fat, meat, and this gave the necessary nutrients for the brain to develop. And of course this happened because we were hunter-gatherers. Then came agriculture and from then on the species has gone down the drain. We have become dumber and dumber and dumber. You might say that I'm wrong because we have developed a high tech society and they didn't. But they didn't because they didn't need to. We do because we need to. We need that walking stick because we're blind. We need that wheelchair because we can't fucking walk. We need that computer because we can't remember. We need the star maps because we can't memorize them. We're dumb as fuck.
So we became dumber because of agriculture and we became even dumber when we became civilized because it accelerated the process. This is a simplification of course because there are other aspects here. For example, agriculture also enabled a lot of dumb people to survive that in the past would not be able to survive. But with agriculture it was easier to survive and easier to feed a lot of people so they made it. And this too contributed to people becoming dumber and dumber with time. In our modern high tech civilization it is almost as if they are rewarding stupidity. They are setting up a society where the smart are not procreating in the same degree as the dumb. And where procreating is not just not rewarded it is indeed punished.
So the future of mankind is bleak you could say but not really because you don't need to participate in this.[1]You don't need to jump off that cliff with the others. And what this means is that in the future you will see mankind divide into two groups. One that is being continuously dumbed down and another that is actively taking steps not to be. And in a sense you will be able in the end to define them as two different species because they will be so different.[2]Whether you will belong to the group that is becoming dumber and dumber and dumber or the group that will halt this process and indeed probably even reverse it and become smarter and smarter again.
