I made a video about how rare earth is one of the key factors, or the key factor, in the reason why the USA is trying to provoke a war with North Korea.[1]Is there more to it though? Let's find out.
First of all I'm going to explain a little bit about what rare earth is, and also how important it is for modern industry. And not even just modern industry, it's been a key factor in all industries since the 19th century or maybe 20th century. And in the past South Africa extracted a lot of rare earth and exported it. The USA was one of the main extractors and exporters in the 1980s, and from around 2000 it's China and North Korea. One of the reasons why others are not extracting and exporting rare earth, or rather the materials that you get from rare earth, is that it is extremely polluting to do so.[2]And you pretty much ruin agriculture in your own homeland when you do. So even if a lot of countries have rare earth, they're not willing to extract it, they're not willing to use it, they're not willing to export it. Because if they do, they just completely mess up their whole agriculture.
Communist China and communist North Korea don't seem to worry too much about that. And that's the reason why there is so much industry in China. And in China they not only extract it and also import it from North Korea, or until recently, they also refuse to export it to the USA and Europe. In order for us in Europe, in order for the USA to have industry, we have to have it in China. We have to take our industry and move it to China. That way they have all the industry and we don't. And therefore it's impossible for Donald Trump to take this industry and bring it back to the USA, because if he does so, he still won't have these rare materials that he needs. For this industry.[3]And in the case of the US military industry, they of course managed to get hold of some rare materials, but it's getting increasingly difficult and it's getting increasingly rare.[4]And they're not going to take that industry and move it to China, I can assure you. If they did, that would be suicide of course. So when they are running out of rare materials, they have a problem. A serious problem.
China used to have a quota on how much rare earth they were allowed to export and use and so forth. And now, I think it was from 2015 and onwards, you even have to have a license to export and use this material, because it's so important, it's so strategically important. China naturally does this because they want to keep the industry, because if they lose the industry, they have a big problem and they will collapse economically. They will just go down the drain like this. The USA is also going to go down the drain economically if they don't get access to more rare materials. And because North Korea has a lot of rare materials, some sources say one third of the total in the world, others say more than the rest of the world put together, then that makes an excellent excuse for the USA to just take it. Like they did with Iraq in relation to oil, like they did with Libya, like they are doing with Syria, although not very successfully, the latter one.
As I mentioned in my last video, the USA has bullied China to stop exporting coal to North Korea, although I have to stress that some sources actually claim that they have stopped importing coal from North Korea. And whatever is the case, I can't tell really, whatever is the case, it doesn't really matter. The point is that they have put up a stop. They have stopped export/slash import to/from North Korea, and the North Koreans have reacted by refusing to give them rare earth. So, the industry in China suffers from this, and of course the Chinese, they also have rare earth, they will give priority to their own industry. And all the industry owned by Europeans and Americans, they are going to suffer the most from this. And there you have it. USA can't let that happen. If they do, they are going down the drain. So, what we have here is China on one side and USA on the other side, and one of them is going down the drain. Which one is this going to be? USA of course is probably not going to let it be the USA, and China on her side is probably not going to let it be China. And North Korea is probably where this circus is going to play.
If the USA manages to provoke a war with North Korea and take it as a colony like they did with Iraq, then they can extract the rare earth easily, because they don't care if they are polluting in North Korea. Any pollution there is not going to affect them over the Pacific Sea in the USA, is it? So, it's extremely lucrative for them, and they are probably going to do that. I've been talking about how we might run out of oil, and this is going to cause a collapse in civilization, but in fact we might well see that we run out of rare materials at first, which will of course lead to the exact same result. Because all our industry completely depends on rare earth. All the food production equipment, all the food machines, so to speak, can't make them without rare materials. So, if we run out of rare materials, or if China doesn't want us to have them, we're fucked.
When it comes to the fact that you probably haven't heard a lot about this before, that's your own fault. You can Google this and find plenty of sources supporting everything I say. I will try to put up some links in the video description below as well, to give you a hand and help you with some sources. And in relation to the USA, I have to say that of course they're not letting the mainstream media tell you about this, because if they do, they will admit weakness, and they will make people panic, and they will make people understand that "shit, the USA is going down the drain". And the USA is going to take extreme measures to avoid that, and I don't think they want us to know that.
The USA is not going to do fine unless it takes North Korea, and maybe even China. Europe is not going to be fine no matter what. We better prepare and try to find alternative solutions to cope with reality. And the reality is of course that we're fucked.
